Our Story

WoolleyHug™ was born from something deeply personal  watching people we care about quietly live with back pain and sciatica. We saw how discomfort slowly took over daily life: sitting through work became difficult, movement felt restricted, and simple moments were avoided instead of enjoyed.

Seeing this made one thing clear there had to be a better solution.

Our mission became simple: create a safe, effective way to relieve back pain at home, naturally and without disruption. No pills. No endless appointments. Just targeted support where it matters most.

Guided by this goal, we collaborated with movement specialists, spine professionals, and product engineers to design more than just another back product. We created WoolleyHug™ Massager a compact, at home solution designed to gently decompress the spine and relieve pressure that leads to pain and stiffness.

What sets TheraBack apart is its real-life usability. It’s easy to use, gentle on the body, and fits seamlessly into everyday routines  whether on the floor or in bed, for just minutes a day. Every detail was refined with user feedback, focusing on comfort, safety, and consistent results.

We also believed relief shouldn’t feel clinical. WoolleyHug™ TheraBack was designed to feel supportive, calming, and confidence boosting a self-care ritual, not a medical device.
